What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a non judgemental, and non directive process where the Coach uses purposeful and insightful questions to help the client discover their own ‘best way forward’.

It is a collaborative partnership where the client is the expert in their life and the Coach is the expert in the coaching process.

Life Coaching can help to articulate your thoughts, and put your dreams into reality, making your life work for you.

It can help to bridge the gap between where you want to be and where you are now.

A good Coach helps you to make positive changes in your life, a great Coach empowers you to make those changes.

Why hire a Life Coach?

Sometimes life can unexpectedly knock us back, and we can find it difficult to bounce back on our own.
Our confidence and self-esteem can take a knock allowing us to feel undervalued, demotivated, and unsure of how to move forwards.
We can lose focus and become unsure about what we want in life, where we are going, and who we are.
This can cause negative self talk to creep in, which can affect how we feel about ourselves and distort our view of the world.
We may find that limiting beliefs, from past experiences are holding us back from achieving the things we want.
All of these factors can contribute to a lack of focus, direction, motivation and identity.

Too often we focus on what we don’t want, and lose sight of what we do want, giving our attention to the negative rather than the positive.
